Do we get to pick what companies we want to work with?
You can request in your submission form what companies you wish to work with. If the companies already selected their team then you will need to work with who we assign you to.

Is there a limit of Artists allowed per company?
There will be a minimum of 4 Artist in each room per company.

Can individual MUA & Hairstylist apply or must we be part of a Company?
We welcome both individual artists and Company Artist as well.

Will we be required to bring our own products for makeup & hair or will product be provided?
We will not provide any products. If this is indeed what you do for a living then please come prepared.

When is the Fashion Show rehearsal?
The Mandatory rehearsal will take place the morning of the fashion show. You will not be required to do a dress rehearsal. You will however be required to do the walk through.

Is rehearsal mandatory?
Yes, Due to the High volume of people involved in the production, it is necessary to review all walk throughs to ensure a good presentation of each segment for the companies and models. We have the right to remove any company or model if it conflicts with our Rules and Regulations and Terms and Conditions.

Will rehearsal require hair & makeup to be done?
No- However last we did have some Artist’s that already had their models Hair done to avoid time loss. When you get approved as an artist we will email you all details regarding this question and we will give you different options.

Will MUA & Hairstylist be getting paid & who will be responsible for payment?
All companies will be responsible for compensating their models either by payment, Viva Las Vegas Wristbands or agreement between company and model can be arranged as well (Trade). Viva Las Vegas New Orleans and Rockin Kitty Productions will not be responsible for any Accommodations/Transportations/Wristbands or any Agreements made between companies and models. We will however keep track of any complaints for future reference. We pride on bringing a fair production for all in involved.

Do I have to buy a VLV wristband to participate in the Fashion Show?
No, but we do recommend you buy a wristband. Enjoy your entire weekend! There are many things to do at Viva Las Vegas Rockabilly Weekender. We would hate for you to travel so far and not be able to enjoy the rest of the weekend.

What do I do if I have to drop out of the fashion show once I have been approved?
Please be considerate towards companies times as well as our teams time. We only want serious inquiries only. Should you have to cancel please notify Catherine Garcia (Coordinator) in writing via email stating reason for cancellation. email: rockinkittyproductions@yahoo.com

When will we be getting our fashion show wristbands?
The day of the Rehearsal. This is considered check in time.

Who is to be contacted if we lose our backstage wristband?
Catherine Garcia (Coordinator). All this information will be given to all models once they have been approved.

Is there a guest list for our Friends & Family who would like to attend?
No there is no guest list for the fashion show. No family members, boyfriends, and friends are allowed back stage. Any guest that will be there for the fashion show only need to be checked in with the Coordinator so we can make proper arrangements for seating. Can not guarantee anything if guests do not arrive early mainly because there is a high volume of guests entering the showroom- We can not guarantee the reserves if arrivals are not on time.
